Mark A — Layers
Two V-planes offset diagonally, the back one at 50%: the overlay literally sitting over what is underneath.
Two V-planes offset diagonally, the back one at 50%: the overlay literally sitting over what is underneath.
A rounded window with one corner cut away and a chevron knocked out of it: a panel you open, not a badge.
A ring broken at the upper right around a solid centre: a hotkey opening a portal, and the most legible of the three at 16px.
Mark B's tile as the container, Mark A's two offset V-planes inside it instead of B's chevron.
Both V-planes cut clean out of the tile with one even-odd path; where the two overlap the tile shows through again, so the back plane reads as a seam crossing the front one.
Only the front plane is knocked out; the back plane sits on the surface in white at 45%, so it reads as a translucent sheet the knockout slices away. Mono traces it as a 2.5px outline.
