Vorla

Vorla Menu

Early access

A mod menu for the games you play alone.

Press Insert over a supported single-player game to slow time, change gravity or fly the camera, then put it all back. Before launch it can set the game’s graphics too, with every file backed up first.

Windows. Test build 0.6. No public download yet.

Before it attaches

  1. GameRisk of Rain 2, build 21587608
  2. SessionOffline. No other players.
  3. Anti-cheatNone found.
  4. ReadyMenu attached. Insert to open.

What it does

Before you play

Vorla writes graphics settings into the game’s own config file before it starts. You see every old and new value first, the original is backed up and one click puts it back. Writes wait until the game is closed.

While you playInsert

A small menu opens over the game. Toggles and sliders change it while it runs, and Vorla reads each value back from the game to check the change took.

Your saves

Astroneer saves are copied outside the game folder and each copy is checked with SHA-256. A restore names the exact file it will replace and keeps a recovery copy first.

More games

Next up

A game is listed here only after its module passes testing in an offline session. None is promised early.

Careful by design

Single-player only

Vorla is built for games you play alone. Online sessions and games protected by anti-cheat are blocked.

A backup before every write

The original file is copied and hashed before Vorla changes it, so the copy can be proven whole when you put it back.

The change, shown first

Settings show the exact old and new values before anything is written.

Nothing patched

Game executables are never patched. Risk of Rain 2 runs through the mod loader already in the game folder and BeamNG.drive through its own local interface.

Questions

Can I download it?

Not yet. Vorla Menu is a 0.6 test build with no public download. Join early access on Discord to hear when that changes.

Does it work in online games?

No. It is built for single-player only. Online sessions and games protected by anti-cheat are blocked.

Which games does it support?

Risk of Rain 2, BeamNG.drive and Astroneer, each in part. A game is added only after its module passes testing.

Will it unlock Steam achievements?

It can. During testing a Risk of Rain 2 run unlocked one, even on a separate game profile. Vorla does not block achievements yet.

Does it change my game files?

Only config files and saves, and only after it shows you the change and backs up the original. Risk of Rain 2 support adds two files to the game’s existing mod loader folder, and Vorla removes exactly those two when you uninstall it.

What will it cost?

The menu is free. Premium becomes its paid tier at launch, at the prices Premium has today. If you already have Premium, you keep it.
