2. The free service

The Toolkit, the daily games and 80 of the 155 tools in Vorla Layer cost nothing and are free to use for anything, including work and streams. An account is free and needs either a Discord sign-in or a username and a PIN.

The free service is provided as it is, on best effort. There is no uptime promise, no support obligation, and features can change. What is free today stays free. Paid features are new work, not old work moved behind a wall.

You are responsible for your account. Keep your PIN to yourself. Accounts that are abandoned, abusive or used to attack the service may be closed.

3. Premium and the app

Vorla Premium is sold at three prices:

• Monthly, $2.99 per month.
• Annual, $14.99 per year.
• Lifetime, $24.99 once.

Vorla Forge tiers are one-time payments tied to your account:

• Basic, $2.99 once.
• Plus, $6.99 once.
• Max, $14.99 once.

A monthly or annual Premium subscription also includes Vorla Forge Plus, a $6.99 value. Lifetime Premium does not include it.

Stripe processes every payment. Vorla never sees or stores your card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your country adds at checkout.

Monthly and annual Premium are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the same price until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time by asking. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the period you paid for runs out. Lifetime and the Forge tiers are single payments with no renewal.

There is a 14-day money-back guarantee on any purchase, no questions asked. Ask through the contact page within 14 days of paying and you get a full refund.

Vorla Layer runs on Windows 10 and 11. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use it on machines you control. Do not resell it, share your account to hand out Premium, or redistribute the installer.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Break the law, or use Vorla to harass, threaten or dox anyone.
• Attack the service. No scraping at scale, no rate-limit dodging, no probing for holes, no attempts to reach another person's account.
• Resell or rebrand the service, or run the API as a backend for a competing product.
• Use Vorla Forge to spam Discord servers or to build servers that break Discord's own rules.
• Reverse engineer, crack or patch Vorla Layer to unlock paid features, except where the law says you may.

Vorla Layer draws on top of games. Some games and anti-cheat systems do not allow overlays or automation. Whether a tool is safe to use in a given game is your call, and any ban is between you and that game. The app warns you where a tool is known to be risky.

5. Your content

Anything you make with Vorla is yours. Presets, saved lists, custom puzzles, and every role, category and channel Vorla Forge builds in your server belong to you. Removing the bot changes nothing about what it made.

You give Vorla only the permission needed to store, sync and display that content back to you, and to run the features you asked for. Content that breaks section 4 can be removed.

6. Intellectual property

The Vorla name, the mark, the site, the app and the bot are owned by Vorla. Your licence to use them does not transfer any ownership. Game names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners, and Vorla is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game studio, Discord, Valve, Microsoft or Mojang.

7. No warranty

Everything here is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Vorla does not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any number it shows you is correct. Where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights still apply.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vorla is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost accounts, lost progress, lost profit, or bans from a third-party service. Total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid Vorla in the 12 months before the claim, or $0 if you never paid anything.

9. Changes and termination

These terms can change. The date at the top changes with them, and a material change is posted in the changelog and in Discord before it takes effect. Continuing to use Vorla after that means you accept the new version.

You can stop at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. Vorla can suspend or close an account that breaks section 4, and will refund any unused paid time when the closure was not your fault. Features can be discontinued. If a paid feature goes away for good, you get a pro-rated refund.
